Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 13 July 2026
MotoHeads is committed to protecting children. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as required for social apps on Google Play, and explains how anyone can report a concern.
Zero tolerance. MotoHeads has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content and conduct are strictly prohibited, will be removed, and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
1. MotoHeads is an adults-only platform
MotoHeads is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the app. If we become aware that a user is under 18, or that a minor's data has been collected, we will remove the account and delete the data.
2. What is prohibited
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors, in any form.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit or endanger a child.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content.
- Any other content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children.
3. How to report a child-safety concern
If you encounter any content, profile, or behaviour that raises a child-safety concern, report it immediately. You can:
- Use the in-app Report button available on posts, comments, chat messages, and profiles, and select the "Child safety concern" reason; or
- Email us at complaint@motoheads.in with details of the concern.
Please provide as much detail as you safely can, such as the username, a description of the content, and where you saw it. You do not need to interact with, download, or share the content to report it.
4. How we respond to reports
We treat child-safety reports as our highest priority. When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of suspected CSAE, we will:
- review and act promptly, removing violating content;
- suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved;
- preserve relevant information as needed for investigation; and
- report to the appropriate authorities. In India this includes local law enforcement, and we cooperate with recognised bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable Indian authorities.
5. Point of contact
Our published point of contact for child-safety matters, including questions about these standards and reports of CSAE, is:
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (in India, dial 112).
6. Compliance
These standards support our compliance with applicable laws protecting children, including in India, and with Google Play's requirements for child safety. We keep these standards under review and will update them as needed.
